• 1988: Born in Italy.

    1995: Scouted by Giorgio Armani, starting a long modeling career.

    2004: Transitioned from competitive swimming to trail running.

    2007: Moved to London to study engineering at UCL, developed a passion for triathlon and strength training. Became a regular at Milan fashion shows.

    2010: Graduated with first-class honors in Mechanical Engineering from UCL, receiving the award for most outstanding achievement within the faculty of Engineering. Started a Ph.D. in computational and thermo-fluid design of large last-stage turbine blades, sponsored by Hitachi of Japan. Began teaching Mathematical Modeling and Analysis, and tutoring Computing in the UCL department of Mechanical Engineering. Participated in the first of three Abercrombie and Fitch campaigns shot by Bruce Weber. Modeling career flourished in parallel to intense workouts in triathlon, winter swimming, and strength training.

    2014: Submitted Ph.D. thesis titled “An Inverse Design Methodology for Long Last-Stage Steam Turbine Blades”. Became the main lecturer of Mathematical Modeling and Analysis, and teaching assistant in the thermodynamics course of the Engineering Master's degree. Modeled for the first of six Emporio Armani EA7 campaigns, and an Equinox campaign shot by Rankin. Won the WBFF European fitness pro model title at the O2 Arena in London.

    2015: Joined Instagram and went viral. Continued lecturing at UCL and modeling for top clients. Shifted fitness focus completely to strength training.

    2016: Awarded Ph.D. degree from UCL. Gained millions of followers, new modeling opportunities, and launched a YouTube channel. Participated in the Emporio Armani EA7 Olympics campaign. Launched "Exercise Anatomy" on YouTube, a multi-million view workout video series. Gave first TedX talk in Rome.

    2018: Launched Petra Design, a premium sportswear brand sustainably made in Italy. Gave second TedX talk in Prague.

    2020: Commissioned by Instagram to create two IGTV series on critical thinking, “The Power of Reason” and “In Depth”. Petra Design arrived at Harrods in London.

    2021: Released the documentary series “Rational Mind”.

    2022: Opened the first Petra Studio within the hotel W Rome.

    2023: Launched the PB-Fit app and the Muscle Forge series.
